By accessing meadowsweetheatingandair.com or submitting a request for service, users agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Meadowsweet Heating & Air reserves the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the site or services following any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If a user does not agree to these terms, they should not use this site or request services through it. These terms were last updated on June 3, 2026.
1. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of CA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the services provided by Meadowsweet Heating & Air shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in CA. Users consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
2. Limitation of Liability
Meadowsweet Heating & Air’s total liability to any customer, for any claim arising out of or related to services rendered or these terms, is limited to the amount paid by that customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Meadowsweet Heating & Air is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages - including lost profits, property damage unrelated to the work scope, or loss of use - regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or Meadowsweet Heating & Air was advised of the possibility of them.
3. Estimates and Pricing
Estimates provided by Meadowsweet Heating & Air are given in good faith based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may differ from an initial estimate if actual site conditions, discovered defects, required materials, or scope of work turn out to differ from what was originally assessed. Meadowsweet Heating & Air will notify the customer of any material change in price before proceeding with additional work. Proceeding after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised price.
4. Warranty
Details of any workmanship warranty offered by Meadowsweet Heating & Air will be provided to the customer at the time services are completed. Such warranty covers labor and installation quality within the stated scope and period. Parts, equipment, and materials supplied by third-party manufacturers carry only the warranties issued by those manufacturers, and Meadowsweet Heating & Air makes no additional representations regarding them. Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or conditions outside the original work scope.
5. Scheduling and Cancellations
Meadowsweet Heating & Air requests at least 24 hours’ advance notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of a scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a late-cancellation fee to offset reserved labor and logistical costs. Details of any applicable fee will be communicated at the time of booking. Meadowsweet Heating & Air will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.
6. Intellectual Property
All content appearing on meadowsweetheatingandair.com - including text, graphics, logos, images, and branding - is the property of Meadowsweet Heating & Air and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No content from this site may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, or used in any form without the prior written permission of Meadowsweet Heating & Air.
7. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Meadowsweet Heating & Air offers professional home services in Los Angeles, CA and the surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and a professional assessment of the work site. Some service requests coordinated through meadowsweetheatingandair.com may be carried out by independent contractors or partner service professionals working in conjunction with Meadowsweet Heating & Air. In those cases, Meadowsweet Heating & Air acts as the coordinating point of contact and takes responsibility for ensuring the work meets the standards described at the time of booking.
