Available Franchise Territories

Meadowsweet Heating & Air is opening protected franchise territories across twelve states, and we’re looking for owners who want a business built on a simple promise: comfort in every room, without the mess. A protected territory means you’re not fighting another Meadowsweet truck for the same service calls. When you claim a market, it’s yours. The families in your area call you, you build the reputation, and you keep the customers you earn. First-mover advantage matters in HVAC. The first Meadowsweet owner in a city becomes the name people recommend at the school pickup line and the neighborhood Facebook group. That’s a real asset, and it compounds every year.

Open Markets

These markets currently have open territory available. Each one was selected because the climate pushes HVAC systems hard and homeowners care about how a crew treats their house.

  • Texas – Long summers and high humidity mean AC units run for months straight. Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, and Austin all have older housing stock with aging equipment.
  • Florida – Air conditioning is not optional. Coastal salt air corrodes coils faster, so replacement cycles are shorter than almost anywhere else in the country.
  • California – Los Angeles heat waves push systems that haven’t been serviced since the Obama administration right to the breaking point. Inland Empire and Central Valley summers are brutal on compressors.
  • Georgia – Atlanta’s sprawl plus hot, humid summers creates steady demand for both repair and replacement work.
  • North Carolina – The Triangle and Charlotte metro areas keep adding homes, and humidity drives dehumidification needs that stress older systems.
  • Arizona – Phoenix and Tucson run AC units harder than nearly any market in America. A system failure in July is a health risk, not an inconvenience.
  • Tennessee – Nashville’s growth plus genuine winter heating demand means owners can build a year-round business, not a seasonal one.
  • Ohio – Cold winters and humid summers mean furnaces and AC units both get real workouts. Cleveland, Columbus, and Cincinnati all have mature housing stock.
  • Pennsylvania – Philadelphia and Pittsburgh have some of the oldest homes in the country, much of it with original ductwork that needs careful, respectful work.
  • Colorado – Altitude and temperature swings from freezing nights to hot afternoons put unusual strain on both heating and cooling equipment.
  • Washington – Seattle’s growing heat-wave frequency is pushing AC from a luxury to a standard, while older homes rarely have existing ductwork designed for cooling.
  • Virginia – Northern Virginia’s density plus Richmond and Tidewater humidity create a steady mix of repair, replacement, and maintenance work.

How Territories Work

A protected territory means exactly what it sounds like. When you sign as a Meadowsweet owner, your territory is mapped with clear boundaries. No other Meadowsweet location can market to or take jobs inside those lines. If a lead comes in from your territory, it goes to you. That exclusivity is what lets you build a real local reputation without worrying that a corporate office is routing calls to whoever is closest that day.

Territories are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. We don’t over-saturate a market and we don’t split cities into pieces so small that no one can build a sustainable business. When you claim a territory, it’s held for you while you work through the process. The reservation is straightforward: you tell us which market you’re interested in, we confirm it’s still open, and we hold it while you evaluate. We’re part of the Cedarwell family of HVAC companies, founded in 2004, and we’ve spent two decades learning what makes a home services business actually work. We’re not interested in selling territories faster than owners can succeed in them.

Each Meadowsweet location is independently owned and operated. You run your business. You hire your people. You know your neighborhoods, your permit office, your supply houses. What Cedarwell provides is the system: the 365-Day Done Right Promise, the C.A.R.E. values code, the upfront written pricing standard, and a brand name that already means something when it shows up on a truck.

Claim Your Territory

What Meadowsweet Owners Get

When you open a Meadowsweet location, you’re not starting from zero on brand trust. You’re starting with a name that means something specific: a written price before any work starts, shoe covers and drop cloths on every visit, and a photo of the clean-up before the crew leaves. Those are not optional add-ons. They’re the baseline, and they’re what families remember when they tell their neighbors who to call.

Our technicians are background-checked and uniformed. They follow the C.A.R.E. code: Clean up like it’s their own home, Ask before moving anything, Respect the family’s time and quiet hours, Explain the price before the work starts. That’s the promise from day one, and it’s the same promise in every market we open. Families in Texas, Florida, California, and everywhere else we operate get the same experience. That consistency is why the brand grows by word of mouth.

We service equipment from nine leading manufacturers: Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Goodman, Rheem, York, Daikin, Bryant, and American Standard. You don’t have to turn away a customer because their unit isn’t a brand you carry. That breadth matters when you’re building a local reputation.

Why the Name Matters

Meadowsweet is a wildflower that people once strewn on floors to keep rooms fresh. That’s the idea behind everything we do. We’re not a flashy brand. We’re the company that leaves your house as clean as we found it, that quotes a real number before starting, and that answers the phone at 2 a.m. when someone’s AC dies in a Phoenix July or a Houston August. The name is a quiet promise, and it works in every market on this list.

Luis Serrano, Owner and Lead HVAC Technician at Meadowsweet Heating & Air, put it plainly: “A brand only works if every owner actually does the thing. No voicemail, no mystery pricing, no mess on the carpet. People remember that.”
